In collaboration with the French importer, PPL Audio, we also manage warranty repairs for the French market. Our extensive experience in these regions makes us the most suitable repair center for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.

Convenient Pickup Service
We collaborate with several shipping partners to offer a convenient pickup service on the day of your choice or an easy drop-off point option. Alternatively, you can personally deliver your device to our Leimuiden location.
Transparent Quotation Process
For out-of-warranty devices, our technicians will provide a detailed quotation if repair costs exceed the pre-agreed limit. You can then decide whether to proceed with the repair. The quotation is free if you choose to have the device repaired by us or leave it unrepaired. If you opt for an unrepaired return, we charge a partial cost of €35 (excluding 21% VAT and shipping).

Submitting your repair is easy through our RMA portal. Register your device and select the option for pickup and delivery service. We will then arrange for UPS to collect your equipment from your location and bring it to our service center for further examination, accurate diagnosis, and a price quote. This way, you know exactly what to expect. If you decide to proceed with the repair after the examination, the examination fee of 35 euros will be waived.
What to include with the product?
- The defective product (with power supply, remote control, etc., if related to the complaint)
- A clear description of the issue
- For warranty repairs: proof of purchase
If you prefer, you can also bring the product to our service center yourself.
Yes, our technicians are highly experienced in both digital and analog equipment. In addition to an extensive parts inventory of original components, we also have a large stock of disassembled devices, which often allows us to repair older equipment as well.

Hanex provides on-site repair services for non-transportable equipment or fixed installations in the Netherlands. We also offer this service in other countries upon consultation. Please be aware that additional call-out charges may apply. If on-site repair is not feasible, we will transport (part of) the equipment to our workshop for repair.
Hanex offers a standard 3-month warranty on the repaired issues. If the existing problem recurs or a new problem arises after this period, we will of course resolve it properly.
If you decide not to have the device repaired after examination, the investigation costs of €42,50 will be waived if you leave the device with us. If you want the device returned, we will charge the investigation costs and any shipping costs.

In most cases, repair turns out to be certainly interesting because our repairers repair at the component level. So we only replace that one defective part, not the entire mechanism or circuit board. And if repair turns out not to be worthwhile, we will work with you to find a solution.
Hanex repairs most audio brands out of warranty. In addition, we are the official service center for many renowned brands within the Netherlands, Benelux or Europe. You can bring both in- and out-of-warranty repairs to us for these brands.
